361 Capital Named Best Place to Work in Money Management by Pensions & Investments for Second Consecutive Year

Denver—Dec. 12, 2017—361 Capital, a leading boutique asset manager offering distinctive investment solutions to institutions, investment advisors and their clients, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Money Management 2017 by Pensions & Investments, for the second consecutive year.

361 Capital earned a top spot in the category for asset managers with 20 to 49 employees. Presented by Pensions & Investments, the global news source of money management, the award was part of the publication’s sixth-annual survey and recognition program, which is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers in the money management industry.

“We are once again honored to be selected by Pensions & Investments as a Best Place to Work in asset management,” said Tom Florence, president and CEO of 361 Capital. “At 361 Capital, we strive to foster an entrepreneurial culture. We encourage our employees to tap into their strengths and grow professionally, and we pride ourselves on offering them a quality work/life balance.”

“All of the firms being recognized this year are leaders when it comes to creating a great place to work,” said Pensions & Investments Editor Amy Resnick. “It was great to see reflected in the survey comments how significant it is for employees to feel valued by their employer. It shows what really makes a company a best place to work.”

Pensions & Investments partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct a two-part survey process of employers and their employees.
